• 商品照片：
  • 鮮花花禮／手作課程：照片為示意圖，花草是獨特的個體，會依據各花草做適當調整。實際花草以當季、市場供貨而定，實品跟照片可能會有所差異。
  • 盆栽花禮：照片為示意圖，花草是獨特的個體，生長形狀各異。我們會盡可能挑選狀態好、生長方向較優雅的植栽。實際花草以當季、市場供貨而定，實品跟照片會有所差異、難以相同，如在意者建議不要下單。
• 收件方式：
  • 花禮配送：
    • 花草是天然植物，無法100%保證運送過程不掉落，如在意者建議不要下單。
    • 若需要取消訂單，請於配送日期的前3天（不含配送日）告知。
    • 若需要調整配送時間、地點，請於配送時間的前24小時告知。
    • 若花禮未取件被退回不提供退費，再次配送將收取額外運費NT$350。
  • 手作課程：若需要取消訂單，請於課程開始（含上課當日）前3日前告知。
• 花草隨著時間慢慢乾燥、變色、枯萎是自然現象。

｜Purchasing Terms｜

• Payment: We accept bank transfer and credit card payments from both Taiwan and overseas.
• Product photos: The photos of our works are style illustrations. Flowers are unique individuals, and we will make appropriate adjustments based on the flowers available. The actual flowers are subject to availability.
• Shipping: Flowers are natural plants, and we cannot 100% guarantee that they will not fall during shipping. If you are concerned about this, we suggest you do not place an order. It is also a natural phenomenon for flowers to slowly dry out, change color, and wilt over time.
• Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please inform us 3 days before the delivery date.
• Adjustments: If you need to adjust the delivery time or location, please inform us 24 hours before the delivery time.
• Damage: If the flowers are visibly damaged during shipping, please provide relevant photos within 24 hours of receipt to notify us of a return or exchange.
• Non-delivery: If the flower arrangement is not picked up and returned, we will not provide a refund. Additional shipping fees will be charged for redelivery.
